  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 cup low-carb marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup olives (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine shredded chicken, marinara sauce, bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives.
  3. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Cooking
  1. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Remove from oven and let it cool slightly.
  3. Garnish with fresh basil if desired and serve warm.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the Keto Crustless Pizza Bowl in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It also freezes well.
