Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes each side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Cooking
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and chicken broth.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and transfer to the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, ensure it’s completely cooled before transferring to a freezer-safe container. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
