Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the corn, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over the top. Toss until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
