- Mix cream cheese and Oreo crumbs until well combined to create a smooth mixture.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 1-inch in diameter.
Coating
- Melt white chocolate chips and dip the balls, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Allow the white chocolate to set; refrigerate if necessary to speed up the process.
Decoration
- Melt green candy melts and drizzle over the set white chocolate coating.
- Add red sprinkles to the green drizzle before it sets.
- Use the red edible marker to draw Grinch-like eyebrows on some of the balls.
Chilling
- Chill the decorated balls until firm and ready to serve.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months with parchment paper between layers.
