  • 4 large large eggs
For the chili butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter Melted
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes Adjust to taste
For the garlic yogurt
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add the eggs. Boil for 6-7 minutes for jammy yolks.
  2. Remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath to stop the cooking.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add chili flakes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
  6. Arrange the eggs on a plate, drizzle with chili butter, and add a dollop of garlic yogurt.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.

Notes
