- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled tortellini, salami, turkey or beef deli meat, provolone cheese, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
Making the Dressing
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Combining and Serving
- Pour the dressing over the tortellini salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
