Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breast Boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup Hot honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
For the base
  • 2 cups Rice Cooked according to package instructions
For the vegetables
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli) Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce For drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Green onions Chopped, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, season chicken breast with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through.
  3. Drizzle hot honey over the cooked chicken.
  4. Sauté mixed vegetables in a separate pan until tender.
  5. Serve the hot honey chicken over the rice, topped with sautéed vegetables, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.
  6. Drizzle with soy sauce if desired and enjoy!

Notes

For marinated chicken, consider soaking in soy sauce and hot honey for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust the hot honey to control spiciness. Use fresh vegetables for better taste and nutrition. Cooking rice separately ensures fluffiness.
