Toppings

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix instructions.

  3. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread it as the base in the greased springform pan.
Making the Cheesecake
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour this luscious cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
Baking
  1. Bake as directed for the brownie mix, or until the cheesecake is set, typically around 30-40 minutes.
  2. Once baked, let it cool completely at room temperature, and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).

  1. Before serving, warm the hot fudge sauce in the microwave or on the stove and drizzle it generously over your cheesecake.
