Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, diced apple, red onion, shredded carrots, walnuts, and raisins.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For a nut-free version, skip the walnuts and consider using sunflower seeds. To make this salad vegan, swap Greek yogurt for a dairy-free option, or use tahini.
