Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat evenly.
Assembly
  1. Once the broccoli is done roasting, assemble the bowls by placing a serving of rice at the bottom, topping it with the sriracha chicken and roasted broccoli.
