Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting them in half.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- During the last five minutes of roasting, sprinkle cheese over the top and return to the oven until the cheese is melted.
Serving
- Serve warm as a side dish.
