Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine apple slices, honey, olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the apples evenly.
  3. Spread the apple mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
