Cooking
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked through, stirring halfway.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
To store leftovers, let the dish cool completely before transferring to an airtight container. It will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or can be frozen for up to 2 months.
