  • 2 medium sweet potatoes Cut into even cubes for consistent cooking.
  • 2 cup broccoli florets Feel free to add other vegetables.
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey Adjust more or less according to taste.
  • 3 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
  3. Chop sweet potatoes into cubes and place them on a sheet pan.
  4. Add the Italian sausage and broccoli florets to the pan.
  5. Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the ingredients and toss to coat evenly.

  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the sausage is cooked and the sweet potatoes are tender.
