For the Sliders
  • 8 pieces Slider buns Use soft, fresh buns for best texture
  • 1 cup Coleslaw Fresh for crunch
  • 2 cloves Garlic For drizzling on sliders

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix honey and chipotle sauce.
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs in the honey chipotle mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Grill the marinated chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the sliders by placing pieces of chicken on slider buns, topping with coleslaw and a drizzle of garlic sauce.

Notes
