Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken and halved potatoes in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, ensuring everything is well coated.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the potatoes are tender.
  2. Optional: garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
