- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and almond extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn it for about 20 minutes until it thickens.
- Gradually add in the chopped pistachios and churn for an additional 5 minutes.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze it for at least 4 hours to firm up.
Notes
