Preparation
- Begin by dicing the peaches and mixing them with sugar in a bowl. Allow the mixture to sit for about 30 minutes.
- In a separate large bowl, combine the half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
Mixing
- Gently stir in the peach and sugar mixture into the milk mixture until everything is combined.
Freezing
- Pour the final mixture into your ice cream freezer container. Add enough whole milk to fill the container to the fill line.
- Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to freeze the ice cream. For quicker hardening, cool the container beforehand.
Notes
Store in an airtight container to prevent ice crystals. Best enjoyed within a week or two, but may last up to a month in the freezer. Let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before scooping.
