Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 1 gallon half-and-half Chill before mixing for a creamier texture.
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 0.5 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips Can substitute with dark or white chocolate.
  • 1 cup peanut butter cups, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the half-and-half, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. When it’s almost frozen, fold in the chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups.
  4. Continue churning until it’s fully frozen and creamy.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 4 hours to get that perfect firmness.
Serving
  1. Scoop into bowls or cones and savor every delicious bite!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface to prevent ice crystals from forming. Enjoy within 1-2 weeks for the best taste.
