Ingredients
  

Chocolate Base
  • 2 cups chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Heat until simmering.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds flavor to the chocolate.
Toppings
  • Various toppings (nuts, sprinkles, dried fruit, etc.) Get creative with your choices!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into molds or a lined baking dish.
  4. Top with your choice of toppings.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Remove from molds and package for gifting.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. In warmer climates, refrigerate but ensure they are sealed to avoid odor absorption.
