- In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, Baileys Irish Cream, and cocoa powder. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn it according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually about 25-30 minutes.
- Transfer the churned ice cream to a freezer-safe container and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Notes
Serve plain or top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Allow to soften for a few minutes at room temperature before scooping.
