  • 4 cups cranberry juice (unsweetened or blend) Chilled before mixing.
  • 2 cups orange juice (no pulp) Chilled before mixing.
  • 2 cups pineapple juice Chilled before mixing.
  • 1 liter ginger ale or lemon-lime soda Chilled and added just before serving.

Method

Preparation
  1. Place the cranberry juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to ensure they are very cold.
Mixing
  1. In a large punch bowl, pour in the chilled cranberry juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Use a long spoon to stir them together until the colors are well blended.
  2. Just before you are ready to serve the drink, slowly pour the ginger ale or lemon-lime soda down the side of the bowl to keep the bubbles active.
  3. Gently stir once or twice to combine the soda with the juice mixture.
  4. Add a generous amount of ice to the bowl or carefully place a pre-made ice ring in the center.
  5. Scatter the fresh cranberries over the surface and arrange the orange slices on top.
  6. Tuck the rosemary sprigs into the bowl for a pop of green and a festive aroma.
  7. Serve immediately in glasses or small punch cups.

Notes

This punch can also double as a delightful centerpiece if served in a beautiful bowl. For best results, add the ginger ale right before serving to maximize fizziness.
