Preparation
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and cornstarch to create a marinade.
- Add the sliced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Cooking
- In a pan, heat a little oil over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix everything together, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or stir-fry with a splash of water. Avoid freezing as it may affect noodle texture.
