Ingredients
  

Chicken and Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • salt and pepper to taste
Noodles and Garnish
  • 200 g noodles (your choice)
  • spring onions for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and cornstarch to create a marinade.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. In a pan, heat a little oil over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix everything together, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or stir-fry with a splash of water. Avoid freezing as it may affect noodle texture.
