Toppings
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumble over the spinach.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For sautéing garlic and spinach.
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Sauté until fragrant.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
  4. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and spread the sautéed spinach evenly on top.
  5. Crumble feta cheese over the spinach.
  6. Add any additional toppings as desired.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
