Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced sirloin steak, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the bell peppers and onions, cooking until they are soft, about 5 more minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice and mix until combined.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the top and let it melt for a minute.
  6. Serve hot, optionally with hot sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, microwave until warmed through, adding a splash of water to keep the rice moist.
