  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional, for added sweetness.

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the frozen peaches, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and protein powder.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add honey for sweetness and a few ice cubes for thickness, then blend again.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Serve in a tall glass, garnished with a slice of fresh peach or a sprinkle of chia seeds. Pairs well with whole-grain toast or nuts. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours, best enjoyed fresh.
