Preparation
  1. Blend oats in a blender until they reach a flour-like consistency.
  2. In a bowl, combine blended oats, milk, eggs, protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease if needed.
  2. Pour a thin layer of the batter onto the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Repeat with remaining batter.
