Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, salt, and Italian seasoning until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two portions and roll them out into circles.
- Place your favorite fillings on one half of each circle, leaving the edges clear.
- Fold the other half over and crimp the edges to seal.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce.
Notes
If you have leftovers, they can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best texture. Can also be frozen before baking for up to one month.
