Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 60-90 seconds until melted.
- Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and salt, then add eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut into circles and place your chosen fillings on one half of each circle.
- Fold the other half over and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm, with marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
