Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Making the tzatziki
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
Serving
- Serve the meatballs with tzatziki on the side.
Notes
Store any leftover meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, and tzatziki can be kept for up to 3 days.
