  • 8 oz pasta (any type)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef Use high-quality lean beef for best flavor.
Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with dairy-free yogurt alternative.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can use nutritional yeast for dairy-free.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Essential for flavor.
Seasonings
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing garlic.
  • Fresh parsley, chopped Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain it and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the lean ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Great for meal prep! Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave.
