Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced sweet potatoes and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Cooking

  2. Add the ground beef and season with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.

Notes
