- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with ranch dressing until well coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
Cooking
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, then layer half of the chicken mixture, cheese, diced bell peppers, and onions on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling and press down gently.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
Serve hot with fresh salsa, guacamole, or a light salad. For extra indulgence, top with sour cream or additional ranch dressing.
