- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread ranch dressing on one side of each tortilla.
- On one tortilla, layer shredded chicken and cheese.
- Top with the second tortilla, ranch side down.
- Cook in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with fresh veggies, salad, or tortilla chips. Add sour cream or guacamole for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
