  • 1 cup cottage cheese can use low-fat for fewer calories
  • 1 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced adjust according to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce can substitute with soy sauce for vegetarian
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately over salads or as a dip.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. If it thickens, stir in a little water to adjust the consistency. For extra flavor, add hot sauce or capers for a delicious kick. For a vegan version, substitute silken tofu for the dairy ingredients.
