  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Parmesan cheese (optional) For added flavor
  • Fresh herbs (optional) For added flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste, adding more lemon juice or garlic if desired.
  4. If desired, stir in grated Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs for added flavor.
  5. Serve over salads or use as a dip for veggies or whole-grain crackers.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir well before using as separation may occur. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays.
