Cooking the Beef

Assembling the Bowls
  1. Prepare four large serving bowls. Place 1 cup of chopped romaine lettuce in the bottom of each bowl.
  2. Divide the cooked ground beef evenly among the four bowls, placing it on top of the lettuce.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes, red onion slices, pickles, and shredded cheese to each bowl.
  4. Finish each bowl with a few slices of fresh avocado.
  5. Drizzle the creamy special sauce over each bowl and serve immediately.

Notes

This bowl is versatile and can be served alone or alongside a side of sweet potato fries or whole-grain bread. Store leftovers in airtight containers for 3-4 days. Keep the special sauce separate for the best texture.
