  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots) Chopped

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Adjust for gluten-free if necessary
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil Can substitute with vegetable or olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning
  • green onions For garnish, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the sirloin steak into strips and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the steak strips and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add mixed vegetables and soy sauce, cooking until the veggies are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve the steak and veggies over a bed of fried rice.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
