Ingredients
  

For the Cheese Crisps
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (parmesan or cheddar)
For the Avocado Bites
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • to taste salt and pepper
For the Roasted Nuts
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • to taste choice of spices (garlic powder, paprika, or rosemary)

Method
 

For the Cheese Crisps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place small mounds of shredded cheese on the baking sheet, spreading them out slightly.
  4. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let them cool before enjoying.
For the Avocado Bites
  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. Scoop out a bit of the flesh to create a small well.
  3. Drizzle with lime juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
For the Roasted Nuts
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the mixed nuts with olive oil, sea salt, and spices.
  3. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Notes

Store cheese crisps in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Avocado bites are best enjoyed fresh. Roasted nuts will stay fresh in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to two weeks.
