Cheese Crisps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place small mounds of shredded cheese on the baking sheet, spreading them out slightly.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let them cool before enjoying.
Avocado Bites
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop out a bit of the flesh to create a small well.
- Drizzle with lime juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Roasted Nuts
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, toss the mixed nuts with olive oil, sea salt, and spices.
- Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Notes
Store cheese crisps in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Avocado bites are best enjoyed fresh. Roasted nuts will stay fresh in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to two weeks.
