  • 12 ounces Spaghetti
  • 2 links Chicken sausage
  • 2 cups Broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup Milk Can substitute with almond milk for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Can substitute with dairy-free cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken sausage and garlic, cooking until the sausage is browned.
  3. Add broccoli and cook until tender.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in milk and chicken broth, bringing it to a simmer.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Combining and Serving
  1. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce, combining well.

Notes
