Ingredients
  

For the Beef
  • 1 lb ground Beef Lean beef preferred
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Secret Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt Can substitute with sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dill relish or chopped pickles
For the Veggies
  • 3 cups leaf lettuce, chopped For the base of the bowl
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup baby pickles, sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, sugar-free ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle juice, dill relish, and season with smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Adjust the flavors according to your preference, adding a splash of pickle juice if needed.
Cook the Beef
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine ground beef with onion powder, oregano, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sauté until the meat is browned but still juicy, taking care not to overcook it. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Bowls
  1. Begin with a base of chopped leaf lettuce in each bowl. Top with the cooked beef, followed by cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, red onions, and baby pickles.
Drizzle and Serve
  1. Generously pour the secret sauce over the assembled bowls. Serve immediately for a fresh and delicious meal.

Notes

Consider avoiding overcooking the beef to keep it juicy. This bowl is great for meal prep; just store components separately until ready to eat.
