  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets Skin on for moisture retention is optional
  • 2 pieces Fresh peaches Use ripe peaches for the best flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or brown sugar Adjust sweetness based on preference
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Can substitute with tamari or coconut aminos for gluten-free
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Freshly minced garlic preferred
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper Freshly cracked black pepper preferred

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey (or brown sugar), soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  3. Brush salmon fillets with the glaze and set aside.
  4. Slice peaches and grill or roast them alongside the salmon.
Cooking
  1. Cook the salmon for about 4-6 minutes per side (or until cooked through).
  2. Serve the salmon topped with grilled peaches and any remaining glaze.

Notes

Serve with a light salad, jasmine rice, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Adding a dash of lemon juice enhances flavor.
