- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, red onion, and celery.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Serve on its own or over a bed of mixed greens if desired.
