Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb Chicken breast Cut into even pieces for consistent cooking.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For tossing the chicken.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Add more for stronger flavor if desired.
  • 1 tsp Paprika For added flavor.
  • to taste Salt Season according to preference.
  • to taste Pepper Freshly ground is best.
For the Vegetables
  • 2 cups Broccoli Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Carrots Sliced or chopped.
  • 1 cup Sweet potatoes Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For tossing the vegetables.
  • to taste Salt Season according to preference.
  • to taste Pepper Freshly ground is best.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cut vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the vegetables to the air fryer.
Cooking
  1. Cook the chicken and vegetables for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until cooked through and golden brown.
  2. Serve hot.

Notes

Pairs well with a light dipping sauce or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Can be complemented with a salad or whole-grain rice.
