Ingredients

Fruits and Assembly
  • 6-8 pieces Tangerines or clementines, peeled
  • 1 stalk Celery, cut into small thin strips
  • 3-4 large Bananas
  • 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Green grapes
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
Yogurt Dip
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 squeeze Lemon juice to prevent browning

Method

Preparation
  1. Peel the tangerines and keep them whole. Push a celery strip into the top center of each tangerine to resemble pumpkins.
  2. Peel and half the bananas crosswise, then brush the cut surfaces with lemon juice.
  3. Press two mini chocolate chips into the top of each banana half to make eyes and one lower for a mouth to create ghost figures.
Making Yogurt Dip
  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Place the yogurt dip in a small bowl and set it in the center or at the edge of a large serving platter.
Assembling the Tray
  1. Arrange the tangerine pumpkins and banana ghosts around the yogurt dip.
  2. Fill in the empty spaces with green grapes and sliced strawberries.
  3. Serve immediately while the fruit is fresh and chilled.
