- Mix in the minced garlic, paprika, cumin, and oregano. Stir to combine.
- Add the seasoned turkey to the bowl of roasted vegetables and stir to ensure even distribution.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the skillet and transfer to the oven. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
