Ingredients
  

Fresh Vegetables
  • 1 head Lettuce Chopped
  • 2 medium Tomatoes Diced
  • 1 large Cucumber Diced
  • 1 medium Red onion Diced
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper Diced
  • 1/2 cup Olives Sliced
Proteins and Cheese
  • 4 oz Salami Sliced
  • 4 oz Provolone cheese Sliced
Dressing and Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing or vinaigrette
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and green bell pepper and add to the bowl.
  3. Slice the salami and provolone cheese into small pieces and add them to the salad.
  4. Add olives, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss everything together until well mixed.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Best enjoyed fresh. Dress just before serving to maintain crispness. Wash vegetables thoroughly and chop uniformly for the best texture.
