For the Steak
  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks Choose any preferred cut of beef

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then marinate them in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  3. Remove from the grill and rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

For the best flavor, marinate overnight. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
