- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the green beans and soy sauce, stir-frying for about 3-5 minutes until the beans are tender but still crisp.
- Drizzle with sesame oil if using, and serve over rice or noodles.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to avoid overcooking the green beans. Freezing not recommended due to texture changes.
